Driver Hire Northampton is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with people, is highly organised and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.

As an integral part of our office, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding temporary drivers, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service to our customers across Northamptonshire.

The Role

Working closely with our recruitment and operations team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing job adverts across multiple platforms
  • Sourcing and attracting suitable driver candidates
  • Screening applications and conducting telephone interviews
  • Arranging and conducting candidate registrations
  • Completing all compliance and onboarding processes
  • Managing candidate records and maintaining accurate databases
  • Building relationships with drivers and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Supporting the team in filling temporary assignments

In addition to recruitment activities, there will be opportunities to become involved in:

  • Marketing and social media activities
  • Payroll administration
  • Customer relationship management
  • Business development support

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is confident speaking with people over the phone and face-to-face
  • Has strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Is IT literate and comfortable using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
  • Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team

Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
