Proud to be Driver Hire
With nearly 40 years’ experience in the industry, we understand logistics. We know our customers and candidates are unique and listening is one way we make sure that you receive the highest quality of service. We conduct regular surveys to both our customers and candidates and the feedback we receive allows us to continuously improve the service we offer. But what does being ‘Proud’ really mean? Take a look at a fantastic insight here, which shows that whether you are a customer, candidate or work within the Driver Hire team, it’s so much more than just a word.
Our Candidates
Our most recent survey shows that 95% of candidates are proud to work for us. Our overall average is 95% (average score in surveys between 2014-2022) and when people are happy doing what they are doing, they’re more likely to care about doing the best job possible for the customer.
Below shows the pride our candidates and staff feel about working for Driver Hire (from surveys over the past nine years).
In our latest survey, 94% of candidates also rated the level of respect and serviced received from their Driver Hire office as Excellent / Good and 88% scored 8/10 or more when asked if they would recommend working for Driver Hire (responses from over 1,000 candidates in December 2022). This is something we are extremely proud of across our network.
Our Customers
