The service we provide relies on a rigorous selection process, to ensure that everyone who works at Driver Hire is committed to providing the best possible service to our customers.

This applies to the 4,000+ individuals working each week across our group, whether as a temporary worker, our local office staff, managers and franchisees, and the people working for our Bradford head office. We work hard to motivate, develop and retain our people.

We think this is why surveys show that over 90% of people are proud to work for Driver Hire, and in turn, why 90% of customers rated Driver Hire’s service as good or excellent over a period of four years.
