They are also one of largest users of temporary drivers and were experiencing significant growth in their requirements with more unplanned spikes and fluctuation in demand for temporary multi-drop drivers.

  • Candidates that have been fully vetted prior to engagement (bespoke vetting process, including DBS check, taking up to 14 days)

Our Network of 105 offices

  • In areas where recruitment was challenging, or requirements particularly large, Driver Hire would operate a ‘hub and spoke’ model. One Driver Hire office would take the lead in supplying and neighbouring offices would support
  • We increased supply from 78 Multidrop drivers in 25 locations to 260 Multidrop drivers in 40 locations over peak


We gave the customer access to dhDashboard, our agency management system, so they could approve their own timesheets, as well as giving them instant and accurate costings each week

Account Management

Following regular conference calls with the customer, the Account Management Team would coordinate, distribute and manage all peak bookings. To help the customer better plan their operation, we would also provide a report detailing:

  • Number of candidates in registration
  • Number of candidates submitted for vetting
  • Names of candidates currently working
  • Names of candidates cleared and available to start working
