Driver Hire is recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients for an ICT Admin Support Officer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong ICT knowledge to support a busy Digital & Transformation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the ICT department.
- Managing ICT contracts, renewals, licences and supplier information.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and procurement requests.
- Coordinating Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
- Collating quotations and ensuring value for money.
- Maintaining records, reports and departmental documentation.
- Supporting projects and helping identify process improvements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Good knowledge of ICT services, financial systems and procedures.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience in an administrative environment.
- Experience processing invoices and obtaining quotations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident, professional and customer-focused.
- Experience working with both internal and external customers.
- 10 years employment history needed
