🗓 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | ⏱ Approx. 50 hours per week
💷 Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour PAYE | £15.69 per hour (including holiday pay)

This is an excellent opportunity to step into something a little different — operating a left-hand drive Class 2 sweeper vehicle while gaining specialist experience and progressing towards a long-term role.
Driver Hire Edinburgh City is currently recruiting a reliable and motivated Class 2 (Category C) Driver to support a well-established local client, operating specialist sweeper vehicles across Edinburgh.
Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply, as full training is provided.
🔧 Key Duties
• Operating a left-hand drive Class 2 sweeper vehicle (full training provided)
• Working on public roads and construction sites using specialist equipment
• Completing daily vehicle checks and adhering to all health & safety procedures
• Driving local routes safely and efficiently
• Completing basic paperwork and keeping the vehicle clean and presentable
✅ What You’ll Need
• Full UK Category C (Class 2) licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• A positive, dependable, and proactive attitude
• No previous sweeper experience required — training provided
