HGV Class 2 Driver

Class 2 HGV Driver – Rubbish and scrap collection

Work Pattern:

• 38.5 hours a week guaranteed
• 5 days per week (between Monday – Friday)
• 06:45 – 15:00 and 14:30 on a Friday
• Long term on going position
• Based in Lincoln
• Immediate start

Job Duties:

• Complete Scrap and rubbish collections in Lincoln and surrounding areas
• Driving manoeuvring HGV Class 2 Tail lift vehicle around the designated collection route
• Porter will be with you in the cab to assist with collections
• Heavy lifting is involved when lifting scrap and rubbish (Sofa’s, washing machines etc)

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (C) HGV licence
• Full CPC and digital tachograph cards
• Own transport to and from the workplace
• Hi-vis and safety boots mandatory

Benefits:

• £14.80 per per hour and £22.20 overtime after 7.5 hours per day.
