Van Driver (Temp to Perm)

Location: Sittingbourne
Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (13-week qualifying period)

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Van Driver on behalf of a well-established company based in Sittingbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver looking for long-term work, with the potential to secure a permanent position after a successful 13-week temporary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering products safely and efficiently to customers
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Loading and unloading the vehicle where required
• Ensuring delivery paperwork is completed accurately
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
• Adhering to all road traffic regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous van driving experience preferred
• Good geographical knowledge and route planning skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Ability to undertake manual handling duties when required
