Warehouse Operative with FLT Counterbalance
Location: Northfleet, Kent
Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence to join a busy and well-established manufacturing and distribution operation based in Northfleet.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual seeking ongoing temporary work with consistent hours and weekly pay.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock and materials around the warehouse and yard
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
