💰 Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour PAYE / £14.57 per hour PAYE Advanced
📅 Contract Length: Ongoing until the end of the year, with potential extension
Driver Hire Edinburgh City is currently recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic 7.5T Driver for one of our long-established clients — a well-known cleaning supplies business based in Edinburgh.
This role is ideal for drivers seeking consistent weekday work, delivering essential cleaning and janitorial products to both commercial and domestic customers, as part of a friendly and supportive team.
🚛 Key Responsibilities
• Delivering cleaning and janitorial supplies across Edinburgh and surrounding areas using a 7.5T vehicle
• Loading and unloading the vehicle as required
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately and on time
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and following all safety procedures
• Providing a professional, courteous service to customers
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Valid UK C1 (7.5T) licence
• Current Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Fewer than 9 penalty points (no DD, DR, CD, or IN endorsements)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Previous delivery or multi-drop experience is beneficial
