7.5 Tonne Flatbed Driver – Day Work Available

Driver Hire Blackburn is recruiting reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Flatbed Drivers for ongoing, full-time work. This role involves multi-drop deliveries using a flatbed vehicle, with approximately 6 drops per day and day shifts only.

If you’re an experienced driver who is confident securing loads and looking for consistent local work with no nights out, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering goods safely and efficiently using a 7.5 tonne flatbed vehicle
• Completing approximately 6 deliveries per shift
• Strapping and securing loads safely before transit
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and paperwork is accurate
• Providing professional and courteous customer service
• Following all road safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements

• Valid UK 7.5 Tonne (C1) Licence
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous flatbed driving experience preferred
• Experience strapping and securing loads safely
• Good understanding of drivers’ hours and road safety regulations
• Reliable, professional, and hardworking attitude
• Good communication and timekeeping skills
