Class 1 HGV Driver – General Haulage – Day Work Available

Driver Hire Blackburn is recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for ongoing, full-time work based in Clayton-le-Moors. This role involves general haulage deliveries using curtain-sided artic vehicles with typically 2–3 drops per day.

Key Responsibilities

• General haulage deliveries and collections across the UK
• Operating Class 1 artic curtain-sided vehicles
• Completing 2–3 drops/collections per shift
• Ensuring safe, compliant, and timely deliveries
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence
