Driver Hire National Accounts is celebrating 25 years of supplementing the service provided by Driver Hire’s nationwide network of local offices. It’s currently working with around 40 multi-site businesses across the UK.

National Accounts Manager, Owen Beilby, has been a member of the team for seven years; he’s got two decades of experience in the recruitment industry. “My role is to promote the benefits of working with National Accounts,” says Owen. “Prospective customers tell me they want centrally agreed rates, nationwide coverage, a single point of contact and consistent processes. Consolidated invoicing means they can also save time and money.”

A recent example was when an existing customer made a major acquisition and then needed to agree terms with a single national supplier to deliver:

• centralised contracting and invoicing
• bespoke management information
• harmonised regional ordering, timesheet approvals and a preferential temp to perm process
• improved quality and fill rates

Offices were briefed on the customer’s requirements and details of their standard operating procedures clearly communicated to ensure a consistent, quality service. The customer can use our dashboard to control bookings, improve fill rates, access MI and best utilise their existing resources.
