Telehandler Driver Required in Burnley

Driver Hire Blackburn is currently recruiting for an experienced Telehandler Driver to work on behalf of a well-established construction client based in Burnley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious CPCS Telehandler Driver or NPORS Telehandler Operator looking for ongoing construction site work in Lancashire.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting site operations, including the safe unloading and movement of roof trusses, construction materials, and site deliveries.

Telehandler Driver Duties

• Operating a Telehandler safely and efficiently on a busy construction site
• Taking deliveries of roof trusses and construction materials
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site
• Supporting site management and trades as required
• Conducting daily vehicle checks
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Assisting with general site logistics

Requirements

To be considered for this Telehandler Driver position, you must have:

• Valid CPCS Telehandler Card or NPORS Telehandler Certification
• Previous experience operating a Telehandler on construction sites
• Good understanding of site safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Experience handling large deliveries such as roof trusses is advantageous
