Temporary Multi-Drop Van Driver – Barrhead

We are currently recruiting a Temporary Multi-Drop Van Driver on behalf of a charity-based organisation in Barrhead.

This role is ideal for a reliable and hardworking driver who enjoys being on the road and is happy carrying out physical work.

The Role

• Collecting and delivering donation bags to and from charity shops.
• Completing multi-drop deliveries and collections throughout the day.
• Loading and unloading the van – heavy lifting is required.
• Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely and efficiently.
• Providing a professional and courteous service at all times.

Shifts

• Weekday shifts available.
• Temporary work covering holidays and sickness.
• Additional shifts may become available depending on business requirements.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous multi-drop van driving experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Applicants should have their own transport to travel to the depot in Darnley, or live locally due to the location.

Contract

• Temporary position to provide holiday and sickness cover.
• Opportunity for additional shifts as required.
