We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients in the Exeter area for a reliable and professional HGV Removals Driver to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys varied work and delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves transporting household goods safely and efficiently across the UK. Occasional nights away may be required depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out removals and deliveries in a safe and professional manner.
- Load, unload, and secure goods for transportation.
- Complete vehicle checks and ensure compliance with road transport regulations.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards when interacting with clients.
- Complete all relevant transport and delivery documentation.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK HGV Class C Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
- Must have completed 90 days commercial HGV driving within in the last 6 months, for insurance purposes.
- Clean driving licence.
- Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to stay away overnight when required by the business.

- £15.00 per hour on PAYE accrued or £16.81 PAYE advanced (plus £1.81 holiday pay)
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
