Class 1 Day Driver | Class 1 Night Driver
Location: Thame Salary: £37k – £39k paye adv (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time / Temp-to-Perm

Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 driver days and Class 1 driver nights to join our transport team, The majority of the work will be loaded or unloaded using Forklift trucks but there might still be an element of electric pallet trucks work required. There is an element of physical work when making some of our deliveries.
- Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle to drive to the palletised partners to deliver and collect freight.
- DAYS – 07:30 and 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break | NIGHTS between 6:00pm and 6:00am (with 1 hours unpaid break) – 45hrs per week Mon to Fri
- Contracted overtime: Saturday mornings: 7am – 1pm (Once per month)
- Plan and follow efficient, multi-drop delivery routes
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues
- Tail-lift operations, Experience operating curtain sided vehicles. using manual handling techniques and appropriate equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, tail lifts)
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 1 (Category C) licence ( 1 year experience)
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility with working hours and routes
