HGV 2 Driver

Driver Hire Motherwell are currently looking for Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to work with us for various types of business throughout North Lanarkshire.

Roles include but not limited to;
– Pump hire deliveries
– Store deliveries
– Window & doors deliveries to residential areas
– Timber deliveries
– Wholesale deliveries
– Deliveries to building and construction sites

We are also looking for drivers with additional skills which include; Tippers, IPAF & HIAB. Work available is a mix of ongoing & ad-hoc including options if only a couple of days a week suits. Newly qualified drivers are also welcome.

You will need;
– A Class 2 licence
– CPC card
-Digital Tachograph card
– Previous experience (preferred but not essential for some roles)
– No more than 6 points on your licence*
– No DD, DR or IN endorsements*

*Due to insurance stipulations

Rate of pay;
– £15.00 per hour paid PAYE (Accruing holidays)
– £16.81 per hour paid via PAYE Advanced (Holidays taken upfront)
– Pension contributions after qualifying period
– Weekly Paid
