FLT Reach Truck Driver
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Status: Temp to Perm Opportunity
We are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Reach Truck Driver to join a well-established and reputable client based in Crewe, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position within a busy warehouse environment, offering competitive rates of pay and the potential for permanent employment.

Working Hours
Rotating shifts (alternating every 2 weeks):
- Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
- Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00
Key Requirements
- Valid FLT Reach Truck Certificate – essential
- Copy of Reach Truck Certificate required prior to start
- Previous Reach Truck operating experience within a warehouse environment
- Ability to work rotating shift patterns
- Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
Role Responsibilities
- Operating Reach Truck FLTs safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
- Loading, unloading and moving stock within the warehouse
- Stock replenishment and put-away duties
- Supporting the movement of goods to ensure production and distribution requirements are met
- Picking and staging products for dispatch where required
- Conducting daily equipment checks and reporting any faults or defects
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety
- Adhering to all site procedures and health & safety regulations

Working within a busy ambient warehouse environment, you will play a key role in ensuring stock is accurately moved, stored and replenished to support the smooth operation of the site.
