Driver Hire Bridgwater & Taunton are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 HGV C Drivers to support our client with weekend store deliveries across the region.
This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for regular weekend work, with options for ongoing work and potential temp-to-perm opportunities for successful candidates.
The Role
As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out store deliveries across the region
Completing multi-drop routes safely and efficiently
Ensuring goods are delivered on time and in good condition
Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
Providing a professional service when representing both Driver Hire and our client

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Full UK Class 2 / Category C licence
Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
Minimum 1 year Class 2 driving experience
Previous delivery or store delivery experience preferred
A professional and reliable approach
Good knowledge of driver working time and road transport regulations
