Driver Hire Bridgwater & Taunton are currently recruiting Class 1 HGV C+E Day Drivers for our client, with work available across Monday to Sunday. This role will involve trunk runs, trailer swaps and CDC runs.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
Class 1 day trunking work
Completing trailer swaps
CDC runs, deliveries and collections
Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each shift
Ensuring all paperwork and delivery processes are completed correctly
Representing Driver Hire and our client in a professional manner
What We Offer
£17.00 per hour

Requirements
To be considered, you will need:
A valid Class 1 / HGV C+E licence
Valid CPC qualification
Valid Digi Tacho card
Minimum 1 year of full commercial driving experience
Previous Class 1 experience preferred
Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and working time regulations
A professional and reliable approach to work
