Class 2 Removals Driver
£16.50 an hour – PAYE ADV

Driver Hire Lancaster is currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Removals Driver on behalf of a well-established local removals company that operates nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and customer-focused driver who enjoys variety in their work and is happy with some physical duties.
The Role
Driving a Class 2 vehicle carrying household and commercial removals across the UK
Nationwide deliveries and collections
Regular overnight stays required, with hotel accommodation provided
Working alongside an experienced porter/helper
Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
Providing excellent customer service while on site
Typical start times between 5:00am and 6:00am
Up to 12-hour shifts, depending on route and workload
Requirements
Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
Physically fit and willing to undertake manual handling duties
Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach
Good communication skills
No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences
