Driver Hire Lincoln is recruiting HGV Class 2 (Category C) Tipper Drivers to work with a well-established client based in the Lincoln area. This is a temporary position offering regular weekday work, competitive pay, and consistent hours.
Key Details:
- Up to 5 shifts per week (Monday to Friday)
- Start times from 06:00
- Typical shift length of 10–12 hours
- Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours’ pay per shift
- Weekly pay every Friday
- £16.17 per hour flat
- Engagement on PAYE Advanced
- Umbrella pay rates available on request
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Class 2 tipper vehicle safely and professionally
- Deliver and collect materials as instructed
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and complete all required paperwork
- Follow site rules and health & safety procedures
- Maintain good communication with the transport office and site personnel
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card
- Own transport to travel to and from work
- Hi-vis clothing and safety boots
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
