Driver Hire is recruiting professional Class 1 HGV C+E Bulk Tipper & Blower Drivers for an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity in the Bridgwater / Somerset area.

Bulk tipper and blower experience is preferred, but training can be supplied for drivers who have relevant Class 1 experience and the right attitude. The Role
As a Class 1 HGV C+E Bulk Tipper & Blower Driver, you will be responsible for:
Driving Class 1 HGV C+E vehicles
Carrying out bulk tipper and blower work
Delivering across rural locations
Completing daily vehicle checks
Following all transport procedures and road safety regulations
Starting between 05:30 and 06:30
Working a minimum 4-day week
Working weekends when required
Representing the client and Driver Hire in a professional manner
You will be paid for the full day regardless of hours worked, making this a strong opportunity for drivers looking for reliable earnings and a better work-life balance.
What We Offer
£180 gross per day for a 4-day week
Paid breaks
5th day paid at £252 gross per day
Saturday paid at £252 gross per day
Sunday and Bank Holidays paid at £348 gross per day
Weekly pay via PAYE
All rates are gross earnings
Paid for the full day regardless of early finish.
Temp-to-perm opportunities if successful.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Full UK Class 1 HGV C+E licence
Valid CPC card
Valid Digi Tacho card
Relevant Class 1 driving experience
Bulk tipper and blower experience preferred
Training can be supplied for the right driver
Must be over 25 due to insurance requirements
No penalty points
Comfortable driving and delivering in rural areas
Confident and capable behind the wheel
Reliable, professional and safety-focused attitude
Willingness to work weekends when required
