DriverHire Bridgwater & Taunton are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Weekend Tramping Drivers for ongoing work with established clients based in Bridgwater.
This is a straightforward driving role covering trailer swaps and RDC deliveries, with no handballing required.
The Role
Class 1 / C+E weekend tramping
Trailer swaps
RDC deliveries and collections
Mainly straightforward trunking work
No handballing
Weekend shifts available on an ongoing basis
Additional weekday shifts may also be available at different rates
Weekly PAYE pay
£25 night out tax free
Pay
£19.00–£30.00 per hour, depending on shift, day and hours worked.
Requirements
Full UK Category C+E / Class 1 licence
Minimum 1 year’s Class 1 driving experience
Valid Driver CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Good understanding of drivers’ hours and working time regulations
Reliable and professional approach
