Driver Hire Nottingham are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for one of our clients based in Hucknall, working on their Amazon contract.
This is a great opportunity for experienced Class 1 drivers looking for regular Monday to Friday work throughout the Christmas peak period.
The Role
- General Class 1 trunking work
- Working on an Amazon contract
- Monday to Friday shifts
- Regular work throughout the Christmas peak
- Minimal manual handling involved
- Start date from 12th October
- Daily overtime available
Pay
- £18.75 per hour assignment rate
- £28.12 per hour overtime rate
- Overtime is paid daily after 8 hours
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a minimum of 12 months Class 1 driving experience
- Hold an in-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be able to successfully complete a DBS check
- Be able to pass the client’s random drug and alcohol testing
- Have a good driving record and professional attitude
