Dean Collard, Branch Manager at FMG Repair Services’ Croydon branch is the winner of Driver Hire’s annual customer ‘Proud Survey’ prize draw.

A regular Driver Hire customer whenever he needs a temporary car driver, Dean was one of hundreds of similar Driver Hire clients to complete the survey which looks at general levels of satisfaction with Driver Hire’s recruitment service. All those who completed the survey were, if they wished, entered into a prize draw to win a splendid food hamper.
Dean was presented with his prize by Emma Newbon, Sales Manager at Driver Hire Croydon & Sutton. “FMG is the UK’s leading and largest automotive repairer, dealing with over 4,000 repair incidents every week,” says Emma. “We’re delighted that Driver Hire Croydon & Sutton is providing the recruitment needs for their local branch. We were even more delighted when we heard that Dean was the winner.”
Driver Hire Nationwide’s annual survey ask the opinions of customers, candidates and staff about how they feel working for, and with, their local Driver Hire office. The results from December 2022’s customer survey were particularly outstanding, with 98% of people rating the customer service received as Excellent or Good – a highest ever score – with 79% of those choosing ‘excellent’ (also the highest ever for this rating).
