DriverHire Bridgwater & Taunton is currently recruiting Van Drivers to support a number of our established local clients across Somerset.
We have immediate starts available with regular Monday to Friday work. Assignments can vary between local and regional deliveries, giving you the opportunity to work with a range of well-known businesses.
The Role
As a Van Driver, your duties may include:
Completing local and regional deliveries
Driving a variety of company vans
Loading and unloading where required
Completing basic delivery paperwork
Carrying out vehicle checks
Providing a professional service to customers
Following all company and client health and safety procedures
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Be 25 years of age or over due to insurance requirements
Hold a full UK Category B driving licence
Be reliable, punctual and professional
Be comfortable with manual handling when required
Have good knowledge of driving safely and securely
Be available for Monday to Friday work
