Driver Hire is recruiting on behalf of our client in Cupar for a Driver’s Mate / Warehouse Operative to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established company that offers training and career progression.
What’s on Offer?
✅ Monday to Friday
✅ Temp to Perm after 10 weeks
✅ £13.25 per hour + Accrued Holiday Pay
✅ £14.85 per hour (Advanced Holiday Pay)

The Role
- Assisting drivers with deliveries and collections
- Warehouse duties including loading and unloading vehicles
- Heavy manual handling throughout the day
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
- Working as part of a friendly and hardworking team
What We’re Looking For
✔ Physically fit and able to carry out heavy manual handling
✔ Good customer service and communication skills
✔ Reliable, punctual and hardworking
✔ Own transport is essential due to the location and early start times
✔ Warehouse or driver’s mate experience is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided
