The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. Full training will be provided, with ongoing support to help you succeed and develop in the role.

Working Hours & Salary

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm

• Hourly rate + bonus scheme

• 28 days holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the recruitment process from start to finish

• Sourcing and screening candidates

• Conducting interviews and registrations

• Building relationships with clients and candidates both over the phone and face to face

• Growing current business and bringing on new clients by phone and face to face sales

• Filling job vacancies across driving and non-driving roles

• Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
