Minibus Driver (PCV/Category D) REQUIRED – Full Time

Role Overview

We are currently seeking Minibus Drivers for a full-time position based in the NW10 area of North West London. This role offers guaranteed year round work and involves operating split shifts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shuttling employees between nearby transport hubs and their place of work during scheduled hours.

Key Duties

• Operate the minibus in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations

• Ensure timely departures and arrivals at designated stops

• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting including those with disabilities or special needs

• Maintain a clean and well organized vehicle at all times

• Conduct pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections

• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly

• Keep accurate records of routes, passenger numbers and any incidents

• Provide passengers with route and schedule information when required

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday:

  • 06:00 – 09:00

  • 16:00 – 19:00

• Occasional overtime may be available between 09:00 – 16:00

Requirements

• PCV License (Category D) – REQUIRED

• Enhanced DBS – REQUIRED

• No more than 6 points on license (minor offences only)

• No DR or CD endorsements

• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations

• Strong communication skills and a friendly professional manner

• Previous bus or minibus driving experience preferred but not essential

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Must be 25 years or older (insurance purposes)

• Successful completion of:

  • Pre-employment medical

  • Drug testing

  • Background and criminal checks (including fingerprinting)
