Tej Karir

Tej acquired the business in January 2013 having completed his Masters Degree in Engineering and Business Management. He is inspired by the opportunity to see the direct benefits of the effort he puts into his work. Tej enjoys being involved in every aspect of the day to day running of the business and loves to be in the thick of the action. He thrives on the fast pace and is absolutely committed to delivering results and is always willing to ‘go the extra mile’ for customers and candidates alike.

After a busy working week, if time (and energy) allows Tej enjoys winding down by spending any spare time doing DIY and loves to cook.

Alex Burrell

Alex has joined the business in March 2013; he comes from a background in client account management and also has experience in technical engineering. He is enjoying learning all there is to know and is dedicated to delivering all round customer and client satisfaction. Never one to miss an opportunity, Alex works closely with Tej in pursuing new clients whilst retaining strong relationships with existing ones; he has rapidly become a key member of the team.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys keeping fit and is a keen golfer.

Martyn Dan-Wilkins

Martyn has joined the business in January 2014 as our CPC Trainer, with a varied background mainly in Class C driving for 30 plus years. He also has experience in the building trade covering all aspects from ground up. Several years spent as a Transport Manager has added to his extensive knowledge of the transport industries requirements. Believing in a ‘listening’ approach to customers requirements has encouraged him to move into the Training field with the desire to assist clients with the demands of their working environments.

Martyn spends his leisure hours enjoying the delights of Asian cooking in various establishments, then burning off the excess calories restoring their collection of Alfa Romeo’s.

Milena Janowic

Milena joined the Slough team in September 2013 having previously worked for the Premier Inn head office. At Premier Inn, Milena was PA to a company director and brings a wealth of Admin experience to Driver Hire. In Driver Hire Milena is in charge of all Admin duties and has undertaken Payroll activities with great success. She also ensures all compliance related tasks are completed to satisfaction.

During Milena's private time, she enjoys fine wine tasting alongside a keen interest in travelling the world.

Having previously been university colleagues Tej and Alex are very much enjoying working as a team again… watch this space!!!
