Truckfest North West returned to Knutsford on the 9th October, after covid restrictions forced the event to be cancelled in 2020.
Colleagues from various Driver Hire offices joined together to showcase the work Driver Hire does to help get people find employment in the transport and logistics industry. Driver Hire have been long-standing attendees of the various Truckfest events held up and down the UK and it was lovely to be back speaking to prospective drivers about the transport and logistics industry, and even some of our current drivers who we’ve been able to find exciting roles for.
Andy Daniels, Director of Driver Hire Bolton & Wigan said, “We’ve really enjoyed exhibiting at this years Truckfest North West. It was a pleasure to see old friends, colleagues and our long-standing drivers there and also to talk to people interested in taking up a new career in driving. We’re here to help them get started and we’re looking forward to seeing them again in the very near future.”

Luckily, the weather was on Truckfest’s side and helped to draw a large crowd to the event. Europe’s largest trucking festival has been delivering family-friendly, action-packed shows since 1983. You’ll find the latest trucks from leading manufacturers, shows in the Main Arena with Swamp Thing and Broke FMX, hundreds of trade stands, fun fair rides, live music, celebrity guests and some great food and drink stands too.
The Driver Hire team will back in 2022 for the next Truckfest event, and we look forward to seeing you there!
