For the third year running, SPS (Specialist People Services) Group, the diversified recruitment group which includes Driver Hire, was a sponsor of the Royal Logistic Corps annual ski championship.
Now into its 22nd year, the 2017 championships were held at Ruhpolding in Germany’s Bavarian Alps.
The championship, which takes place over two weeks, attracted more than 400 regular and reserve Royal Logistic Corps officers and soldiers, who competed in both Alpine and Nordic ski events. The 2017 event drew a record number of competitors.
Jeremy Neale, Driver Hire’s Managing Director- UK, travelled to Germany to attend. “The SPS Group is a signatory to the Corporate Covenant. That and our sponsorship of this event is all part of our support for the armed services. It was a real honour to be invited to this event. I enjoy skiing and was impressed by the skills shown by all competitors in both disciplines.”
