It was festive ‘knits’ all the way at Driver Hire’s Bradford head office when staff held a ‘Wear your Christmas Jumper to work day’, raising funds for international charity, ‘Save the Children’.
Leading the way was Jeremy Neale, Driver Hire’s Managing Director (UK) with a splendid creation that included flashing fairy lights. “The work of Save the Children around the world has never been more important,” says Jeremy. “We had a great response from the team here in Bradford, with everyone getting into the spirit of things – and, more importantly, donating generously. We raised around £200.”
The money will help Save the Children give children a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm. The charity do whatever it takes for children – every day and in times of crisis – to ensure they have a better future.
