Warehouse Storeman / Forklift Driver

⏰ Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
💷 £13.13 per hour
📄 Temporary ongoing (temp-to-perm potential)
We’re currently looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Storeman / Forklift Driver to join a busy, well-run depot based in the West of Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable and hands-on, with the chance of long-term work and progression.
Key Duties
- Picking pallets and parcels accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring goods are placed in the correct areas, ready for checking and wrapping
- Receiving, checking, and recording incoming stock
- Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Assisting customers collecting goods in a professional and courteous manner
- Working closely with warehouse operatives, office staff, and drivers
- Communicating clearly with supervisors, colleagues, and customers
- Delivering excellent customer service during depot collections
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous forklift experience (essential)
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence (issued within the last 3 years)
- Strong communication skills and a positive team-player attitude
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
