Driver Hire Winchester is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in Winchester. This well-established and growing company specialises in the manufacturing of lighting systems and is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who is ready to take the next step in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Location: Winchester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, check, and store incoming goods
- Support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operations
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and to a high standard
- Operate warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Supervisory or team leader experience is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
