Van Valeter / Van Driver – Buckshaw Village Chorley
We are looking for 6 reliable Van Valeters to valet vans and pick up and deliver them to customers and take vans for inspection.
You will need to have a valid UK driving licence to apply for this position.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working with vehicles.
Hours of work Full time 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and valeting Vans to a high standard, both internally and externally
- Washing and vacuuming vehicles
- Fitting small parts such as bulbs and number plates along with reflective tapes.
- Inspecting vehicles for customer collection and delivery
- Checking vehicles for cleanliness and presentation standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following company health and safety procedures
- Driving the vans and delivering them to new rental customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous valeting or vehicle preparation experience preferred, but not essential as training can be provided
- UK Driving licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
