DriverHire Bridgwater & Taunton are recruiting experienced Van Drivers for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established client based near Bridgwater.
This is a full-time driving role involving UK-wide deliveries of liquid products in containers of various sizes. Manual handling is a significant part of this position, so applicants must be comfortable regularly loading, unloading and moving containers throughout the working day.
The Role
Monday to Friday
7:30am starts
UK-wide deliveries
Loading and unloading liquid containers of various sizes
Regular manual handling throughout the shift
Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays during busy periods
Temp-to-perm opportunity for successful candidates
Immediate starts available
What We’re Looking For
Full UK Category B driving licence
Must be aged 25 or over due to insurance requirements
Previous commercial van driving experience preferred
Physically fit and comfortable undertaking regular manual handling
Confident completing longer-distance UK deliveries
Reliable, professional and customer-focused
Flexible approach to working hours when required
