Are you an experienced Van Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent benefits and career progression? We are recruiting reliable and customer-focused Home Delivery Drivers to join a leading home appliance retailer based in Nether Heyford.

Location

This role is easily commutable from:

• Northampton
• Daventry
• Towcester

Working Hours

• 4 or 5 days per week out of 6 (Monday to Saturday)
• 05:00 starts Monday to Friday
• 06:00 starts on Saturdays
• Typically 10 to 12-hour shifts

The Role

As a Home Delivery Driver, you will work as part of a two-person crew delivering household appliances directly to customers’ homes. This is a customer-facing role requiring professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Your duties will include:

• Driving a 3.5T van safely and efficiently
• Delivering home appliances to customers’ room of choice
• Providing excellent customer service
• Unpacking appliances and removing packaging
• Installing appliances (full training provided)
• Collecting and removing old appliances when required
• Completing deliveries in line with company procedures

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid UK Category B driving licence
• At least 12 months’ van driving experience
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience
• No more than 6 penalty points and no major endorsements
• Good physical fitness as heavy lifting and manual handling are required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
