Driver Hire Bristol is recruiting for 2 Van Drivers to support a busy home improvement retail operation based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers looking for ongoing work on a structured shift pattern.
Weekly Pay | 4 On 4 Off | Ongoing Work
The Role:
- Drive a 3.5T Click & Collect vehicle from Bristol to a designated collection location
- Transport a store colleague to and from the collection point
- Park the vehicle at the designated Click & Collect location and remain on duty throughout the shift
- Return the vehicle to the Bristol store at the end of the day
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and complete any required paperwork
- Represent the business professionally at all times
Shift Pattern:
- 4 On, 4 Off rota
- 12-hour shifts
- 48-hour working week
- Operation runs 7 days per week
- 2 days of face-to-face training required prior to starting
Pay & Benefits:
- £14.45 per hour (holiday pay included via advanced holiday payment method)
- Weekly PAYE pay
- Saturday shifts paid at 1.5x rate when they fall within your rota
- Sunday shifts paid at 2x rate when they fall within your rota
- Ongoing work with a regular shift pattern

What You’ll Need:
- Full UK driving licence
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and professional approach
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota
- Previous van driving experience preferred but not essential
