Working Hours
Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00 (30‑minute unpaid lunch)
What You’ll Be Doing
This role blends sales, candidate management, and administration. You’ll be trained to run a busy recruitment desk and support the commercial growth of the branch.
Sales & Business Development
- Making targeted sales calls to prospective clients
- Arranging and attending client visits to build relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities within your territory
- Supporting the team in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
- Promoting Driver Hire services to decision‑makers
Candidate Resourcing & Service Delivery
- Recruiting and registering candidates to meet client demand
- Matching candidates to roles quickly and accurately
- Managing bookings and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Handling queries from clients and candidates with professionalism
- Participating in the weekly 24/7 on‑call rota (shared across the team)
Marketing & Administration
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Supporting email campaigns and marketing activity
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
- Managing calls, emails, and general office administration
Every day is varied, fast‑moving, and commercially focused—ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of sales, service, and structured admin work.
