The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. Full training will be provided, with ongoing support to help you succeed and develop in the role.
Working Hours & Salary
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Hourly rate + bonus scheme
- 28 days holiday
- On Call on a rota basis
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the recruitment process from start to finish
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Conducting interviews and registrations
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Growing current clients and bringing on new business
- Filling job vacancies across driving and non-driving roles
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
