Our client, a leader in accident after-care in the Warrington area, is looking for an office administrator on a temporary contract for up to 3 months to start ASAP.
Hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Pay £14.57 phr (inclusive of holiday pay)
Your day to day duties would include and not limited to:
- Answering and assisting with incoming phone calls
- Greeting customers with a professional demeanour
- General office responsibilities (creating/editing/updating spreadsheets, scanning, photocopying, light account duties)
Our ideal candidate would be someone who:
- Has at least 1 year office administration experience
- Is competent within Microsoft (Excel, Word)
- Have good communication skills
- The ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
(Experience in ‘Ring Central’ would be preferred but not essential as training will be given)
