We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Master Technician to join our clients busy and successful workshop in Falkirk. Working on a wide range of cars and light commercial vehicles, you will play a key role in diagnosing complex faults, carrying out advanced repairs, and supporting the workshop team with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults on cars and vans.
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Use the latest diagnostic equipment and technical information systems.
- Support and mentor other technicians within the workshop.
- Complete all job cards and service documentation accurately.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Senior Vehicle Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across cars and light commercial vehicles.
- Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, IMI, or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
