Class 1 Driver | Trunking & RDC Deliveries | Ad-Hoc Days & Nights | £18.00–£22.41 per Hour | Bristol
Driver Hire Bristol is recruiting for professional Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers to support a busy transport operation carrying out trunking and RDC deliveries across the South West and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking for flexible ad-hoc work, with a variety of day or night shifts available.

The Role:
- Complete Class 1 trunking and RDC deliveries
- Move loaded trailers between depots, distribution centres, and customer sites
- Carry out trailer swaps where required
- Complete daily vehicle checks and delivery paperwork accurately
- Ensure compliance with Drivers’ Hours, Working Time, and Tachograph regulations
- Minimal manual handling, with the majority of loads loaded and unloaded by forklift
- Local and regional routes available
- Ad-hoc day and night shifts to suit business requirements
Pay & Benefits:
- £18.00 – £22.41 per hour (holiday pay included via advanced holiday payment method)

What You’ll Need:
- Full UK Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tacho cards
- A minimum of 6 months’ Class 1 driving experience is essential
- Previous trunking or RDC delivery experience preferred
- Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours, Working Time, and Tachograph regulations
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach
- Flexibility to work a mixture of days and nights
