Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver (Skips & Tipper)
Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: £18.50 per hour
Location: Portsmouth and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate
Join our team as a Class 2 Skip OR Tipper driver and become a valued part of a business that delivers for a range of waste customers in and around Portsmouth. Whether you have experience in either Skips or Tippers, or even if you’re a complete novice*(!), we’d love to hear from you!
*Training will be provided for the right candidates
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (HGV/LGV, Category C) driving licence with a clean driving record
- Valid CPC card and Tacho Card
- Previous skips or tipping driving experience is desirable, but not essential!
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 2 skip or tipper vehicles for the delivery and collection of waste products
- Maintain high standards of customer service when dealing with clients
- Complete all relevant paperwork and reporting accurately
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
