HGV Class 2 Driver – Ongoing
Location: Barnsley
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Ongoing / Full-time hours available (start between 5-6am)
Salary: £16ph
About the role:
We are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join a well-established and fast-paced distribution operation. This is an ongoing opportunity, offering consistent work with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
Role responsibilities:
- Delivering chilled and frozen goods to local shops
- Minimal manual handling moving pallets and cages
- Completing all relevant paperwork and delivery records
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any issue
What we are looking for:
- Valid Class 2 licence
- Valid CPC and Tacho Card
- Good knowledge of driving regulations and road safety
- Strong work ethic and reliability
