We are currently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to join a well‑established and respected transport and construction supplier based in Northampton.

This is an ongoing temporary role offering steady weekday work, competitive pay rates, and local deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle fitted with HIAB equipment
• Carry out vehicle safety and compliance checks before each shift
• Complete local multi‑drop deliveries, returning to the depot to reload as required
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the vehicle
• Adhere to all health, safety, and transport regulations at all times

Requirements

✅ Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
✅ HIAB (Lorry Mounted Crane) licence
✅ Valid Driver CPC and Tachograph card
✅ Minimum 12 months Class 2 driving experience
✅ No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
✅ Strong awareness of health & safety standards
