HGV Class 2 Driver – Long-Term Supply

Driver Hire Darlington is recruiting professional and reliable HGV Class 2 (Category C) drivers for long-term supply work based in Darlington.
This role offers consistent, ongoing work for drivers who are comfortable with physical duties, customer-facing deliveries, and flexible working patterns.
The Role:
- Driving a HGV Class 2 (Category C) vehicle on scheduled delivery routes
- Heavy lifting and manual handling as part of daily operations
- Delivering goods directly to customers with a strong focus on excellent customer service
- Early morning starts required
- Overnight stays will form part of the role
Requirements:
- Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility for early starts and nights out
- Good understanding of drivers’ hours and road transport regulations
